If you've ever lost your shit with the kids
Even parents who try super hard can use a little help
I PROMISED myself I wouldn't lose my shit at my kids like adults did to me when I was little.
And then... I reached the end of my rope, and I did it anyway.
I've been the screaming, flailing, terrifying monster I never wanted my kids exposed to.
If I had the strategies I have now, my kids never would have had to experience this. I wish I had them earlier, but even though I'm late to the party, I'm glad I have them now. Together as a family, we can heal the damage we've created over generations.
This October, Nat will guide us through strategies for self-regulation to identify and interrupt generational trauma responses that harm our kids.
